Officers are elected by a majority vote of the membership present at the annual meeting in May of each year.

The purpose of the Booster Club shall be to work cooperativley with the faculty, advisors and James Bowie High School (JBHS) administration to provide financial support for the JBHS Class of 2009 and the drug and alcohol-free graduation lock-in to be held in May of 2009.  This Booster Club will operate within the guidelines of policies governing JBHS Booster Clubs.
